What do I do if I have a Name Mismatch on my Background Check?
Sometimes when processing background checks, the processing company is not able to fully confirm your identity. This error is known as a Name Mismatch. This error can occur for many reasons and is easy to fix. To address the error complete the following steps so we can get your background check back on track right away!STEP 1: CONFIRM your information on the background check authorization is correct at portal.fieldworks.com by checking the following very carefully: Date of birth Social Security number Full legal name If any of those are incorrect, MAKE CORRECTIONS and click SUBMIT. That will likely get things moving again.STEP 2: If there were NO ERRORS, we will need to submit your IDs (both Social Security card and state-issued photo ID - NO OTHER IDENTITY DOCUMENTS WILL WORK) to our background check company for verification. Why did this happen?Your background check has been submitted, but the date of birth, Social Security number, and/or legal name do not match. This is frequently caused by typos, hyphenated names, and Jr/Sr situations. I was going to bring my birth certificate on my first day. Will that work?The birth certificate is acceptable for your I-9 once your background check is approved and we get to onboarding. We have lots of flexibility for I-9s, but for this process with the background check company, only a state-issued photo ID and Social Security card will work.

Thank you for canvassing for FieldWorks. We appreciate the time, energy, hard work, and focus you put in on this campaign. The project you have been working on is ending as of TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14. The last day of shifts in your office will be Tuesday, October 14. Please see some important information below. TERMINATION There will be no shifts in your office after Tuesday, October 14 Your termination date will be October 14 FINAL PAY Pay for shifts worked October 5-11 will be paid on Friday, October 17 Pay for shifts worked October 12-14 will be paid on Friday, October 17 All outstanding shifts and bonuses will be included in the final pay SEPARATION NOTICE You will receive a formal Termination/Separation Notice on October 15 This notice will contain similar information to this site regarding future payroll issues, unemployment information, and other details LITIGATION BONUS If you worked enough shifts to earn a litigation bonus as defined in the Office Policies, it will be paid on September 30, 2026 FUTURE CONTACT Your office will be closed after shifts on October 14 and you will need to reach out to our National Office regarding all matters including payroll. Updating Direct Deposit Information or Changing Pay Method to Direct Deposit
Open the ADP Mobile Solutions App App Download Instructions App Setup Instructions Tap on “Pay” Scroll down to Direct Deposit Tap “Set up Direct Deposit” if changing to Direct Deposit for the first time Tap “Manage Direct Deposit” if you need to make changes to your current Direct Deposit If neither of these options are available, please follow the instructions above to Create a New ADP Account Tap “Direct Deposit” Enter your routing and account number then click the checkbox and tap “Next” (you can also use your camera to capture the information) Make sure “Deposit full amount” is selected and tap “Next” Confirm your information and tap “Submit” Select the verification option that works best for you then enter the code you receive and tap “Submit Code” Congratulations! You’ve updated your pay method! Tap “Close” to return to the app

How can I get my W2?
W2 and 1099 Tax forms will be available online for the previous year and mailed no later than January 31st each year. They will be mailed to the address that is listed in the ADP app as of December 27th. Address updates can be submitted through the form below. If you do not recieve your tax form and are unable to get it online, replacement forms can be issued starting February 7th. W2 and 1099 forms are available online for 3 years. Forms older than 3 years must be requested directly using the form at the bottom of this page. Open the ADP App and login if needed Tap on Pay (Alternatively tap on More in the lower right hand corner and then tap Pay) Tap on Tax Statements Select the appropriate year from the drop down and tap View statement Your selected statement will display and is available to save/download If you are unable to login to ADP, please submit a request. Submitting a request is a much faster way to get a copy of your W2 than making a phone call as it collects all of the information we need to verify your identity.
