Each office has a standing bonus for referring your friends to work for us! The bonus applies for each friend you refer who works 3 or more full shifts. In order to receive the bonus, the referred employee must include your full name on their on-boarding paperwork. There are several places during the onboarding process - including the background check form and the new hire information form where your friend can add your name. Make sure to tell them to add your name during the onboarding porcess as it can't be added later.
This referral bonus applies even if your friend is working in a different field office!
